The movie that started a slew of parodies and copycats so when the scenes such as the slow motion fight scenes show up, you can't help but cringe a little bit. On other matters, the story and concept is interesting and it keeps you thinking about what it all means. It sucks you in with a few revelations and keeping you anticipated on how the story is going to be developed further. The action sequences were entertaining and there wasn't truly any section of the film where it was boring. The beginning presented a mystery, the middle with revelations and the ending with action. That said, the ending was unusual and didn't really present any closure. The iconic moments such as the red and blue pills were well done, there were no annoying characters so that when the string of deaths came along, it hit you hard.
