Title: The Scarecrow Walks at Midnight
Series: Goosebumps
Author: R.L. Stine
Read Before: yes
Comments: Once again, the author has a knack for creating some intriguing premise to make you want to go through to find out the truth. Sadly, this book fails somewhat in the revelation in that it wasn’t that satisfying. You expected a better mystery, maybe if the book was longer the author would have had the space. Anyway, the plot was still interesting and while it wasn’t terribly scary, it had potential. The idea of a scarecrow coming to life can get freaky. There were too many cliffhangers and red herrings within each chapter that it became predictable though.
