Book Review: Cleopatra and her Angry Asp
Review: #66
Title: Cleopatra and her Angry Asp
Series: Horribly Famous
Author: Margaret Simpson
Read Before: no
My Comments: A fairly well done fact book, although these don't hold the appeal to me the same way as fiction novels, this was still pretty good and interesting. The writing was ok and the jokes were good for a laugh or two, but it relies on too much puns, which gets old pretty soon. There are enough graphics and they are really the highlights of the book, it complements the text really nicely. I was a bit dubious about this book at first but the way it presents the facts makes it quite easy to absorb, as good as non-fiction books go I guess (though still lacking).
