The A-Team
Pretty much a mindless ride of explosions, shoot outs and action. That's not a bad thing, since they're fun to watch and are visually interesting. There are some impossible moments here but for some reason, they seem funny to me. They didn't make this movie with a somber and serious tone, not, it is made to have some fun, thus, you cannot expect it to have some kind of deep storyline that just makes sense. What they do have is enough to string the events together, and they've tried to add some kind of complex plot into it. It feels like a typical action movie though, a group of people are wrongly accused of something they didn't do, and they break out of jail to make what's right. There's a lot of bravado moments and rarely anything unexpected. I did laugh at the sequence when the team tries to fly a tank, since that very notion is absurd that when they really do try to do it, you can't help but be impressed. The extended cut has roughly twenty more minutes, which I think is worthwhile to watch if you have the time since the two hours pass by at a good rate.
