Peter Pan
Another Disney classic. Peter Pan is about three kids, Wendy and her two brothers, meeting Peter Pan and heading to Never Land. The movie has a good beginning, being normal yet also bringing some intrigue and mysteriousness. Once Peter shows up, trying to find his lost shadow, the fantasy elements comes into play. However, their adventures in Never Land can be a bit dull at first. The fact that Tinkerbell gets jealous of Wendy is not my most favorite plot device. Peter also seems a bit too mischievous for his own good and can at times, seem like a jerk. Captain Hook makes a great antagonist, having a legit reason for trying to capture and defeat Peter, being a pirate helps rationalize his underhanded tactics, plus, the design of the character is so enduring. The finale is probably the best part of the film as it is so iconic and exciting.
