Book Review: Naruto Vol. 6: Predator

Review:  #558
Title:  Naruto Vol. 6:  Predator
Series:  Naruto - 6th volume
Author:  Masashi Kishimoto
Read Before:  no
Comments:  The second part of the Chunin exam is in full swing and it is an interesting deathmatch style arena.  It's immediately interesting and you know something good is about to come.  It doesn’t quite get that far in this volume though but on the chapter it ended with, it will get you hooked and wanting to read the next one.  We slowl      y start to learn about some of the other candidates and some backstory for Sakura.  It's here that you realize that Sasuke and Naruto are actually very weak compared to a lot of the other characters, which is slightly disappointing.  Sometimes the fight scenes are hard to decipher what is happening in them.  Overall, it starts to set a darker tone to the series' plot.
