Killers (2010)
Killers is a comedy starring Ashton Kutcher. He plays a government contract assassin who wants to get out of the game. He falls in love with a woman in France and he quit, living a normal life with his now wife. Three years later, things seem well for the pair until he receives a postcard from his former boss, getting him back into the game. Now, killers are about and wanting to assassinate him, due to the $20 million bounty on his head. The introduction of the film was intriguing but it slowed down for a bit towards the middle before picking up in the final act. A lot of gunfight sequences during the climax but the plot is disappointing. Once the actual real head honcho was revealed and their reason why, the film fell apart. It was predictable and the fact that after all the deaths that happened, they were still able to go back to a normal life so easily is hard to believe. Otherwise, there was some good humor along the way, although it is not the funniest movie around, there is enough here to make it enjoyable if a little bit shallow at times.
