Book Review: Sword Art Online: Girls' Ops Vol. 3
Review: #778
Title: Sword Art Online: Girls' Ops Vol. 3
Series: Sword Art Online: Girls' Ops - 3rd volume
Author: Neko Nekobyou / Reki Kawahara
Comments: While the volume starts of boring and predictable, it ends up becoming quite engaging. This is because Lux meets someone from her past, and after that, she quits ALO. Of course, the power of friendship prevails and she ends up revealing her past to Leafa, Liz and Silica. She tells of her experience back in SAO and there are some surprising truths. It is very interesting and although the reactions by the other three were typical cheesy behavior, it was somewhat of a darker past than expected. It’s a bit of a shame that the new character Gwen seems to be a clichéd villain but otherwise, the plot is going in a good direction.
