Book Review: D.Gray-Man Vol. 14

Review:  #209
Title:  D.Gray-Man Vol. 14
Series:  D.Gray-Man - 14th volume
Author:  Katsura Hoshino
Read Before:  no
My Comments:  I was going to give this volume a lower rating (since there wasn't any breakthrough in anything, it felt similar to previous volumes, and hence not as exciting) but then ending saved it (literally the last four or five pages).  So General Cross arrives to save the day etc etc.  What was interesting is that Allen seems to have some connection to the Ark, an unusual connection (that even surprised the Earl!), by being the pianist, and it’s somehow related to another Noah (that had defected and then killed by other Noahs).  Once they headed back to the headquarters, that was a bit boring, and I found myself just breezing through the pages, not paying too much attention, right until the end.  I had to read it three times in order to get what was happening coz it was just so unexpected.  This is a fairly decent volume but not breathtaking.
