Book Review: Missions of Love Volume 6

Review:  #538
Title:  Missions of Love Volume 6
Series:  Missions of Love - 6th volume
Author:  Ema Toyama
Read Before:  no
Comments:  This sixth volume of Missions of Love starts off with more the same tired scenarios; however, it progressively gets better such that by the ending, you’re actually eager to see what is going to happen next.  To get the bad things out of the way, the storyline feels repetitive and predictable, Yukina gets sick and she’ll have the two boys chasing and looking after her.  People get jealous and the two rivals (Mami and Akira) end up working together to get to the person they want.  What’s hinted though is that there is a possibility they might end up falling for each other (because we all know Yukina and Shigure are going to be a pair in the end).  Some of the suggestions by characters are a bit preposterous and hard to swallow.  It’s difficult to expect the characters to act that way and this is what ruins Missions of Love most of the time.
