Book Review: Will Buster and the Crucible Choice
Review: #37
Title: Will Buster and the Crucible Choice
Series: Will Buster trilogy - 3rd and final book
Author: Odo Hirsch
Read Before: yes
My Comments: book is the best one in the trilogy, I like how it all fits together, and how the final plan was so elegant and so unsuspecting, the reader would probably be hard pressed to guess what had really happened before it happened. The plot just fits so well with the previous books, feeling like a true continuation (but the one ‘flaw’, if it can be called that, is, that you would have to read the previous two books, or at least the previous book, in order to fully appreciate this one, otherwise you would not really get what the whole point was). The author had also created a nice future world (that isn’t lame), and delves into many ‘updated’ features of that world that is interesting and creative. It started off a bit slowly but it picked up it’s pace really quickly, to the point where you’re hanging to what’s going to happen next. The ending is just perfect, unbelievable, breathtaking, makes you wish for more. I do get the hope that there might be another sequel as the ending does allow for one (but it does say it is the final book already). I couldn't think of a more perfect and satisfying ending for the series, just finishing it up very nicely for all the characters, answering all the questions, very very good. I mean, the whole series’ worth reading if only just for this ending!
