Comments: Volume 8 continues on the roll of finally explaining more things surrounding Teito, his quest and Veloren. Unfortunately, it retains the overuse of flashbacks to tell many events; to the point where at times, it is hard to tell whether it is happening at the time or it was in the past. Scenes will occasionally jump from one place to another, which is jarring. Panels can contain art where it is hard to tell what is actually happening. The plot continues to show a lot of promise.
