London Has Fallen (2016)

London Has Fallen is the sequel to 2013's Olympus Has Fallen, except, now that it takes place in London.  Returning characters being the American President and his personal bodyguard, Mike Banning, as well as the Vice-President, the British Prime Minister has died and the world leaders are attending his funeral in London.  Needless to say, all hell breaks loose as this was a trap and now Banning, as a one-man team for most of the film, works hard to protect the President and get him home safely.  There will be some suspension of belief in order to make the plot work because the terrorist organisation is highly skilled and had planned this for years, such that they know exactly where all the world leaders were to target them simultaneously, as well as breaching all the security measures London had in place so that they could get a huge amount of weaponry inside to blow up buildings, shoot down helicopters with rockets and have a fortress as their base in central London.  Despite that, the gunfights is great to watch and satisfying when Banning does his job to kill everyone.  It is a little bit too patriotic in the end with terrible cliched dialogue but for a mindless action flick, London Has Fallen is passable.
