Toy Review: Transformers BotBots Shushifier (Series 3)

Review:
#619
Name:  Shushifier
Brand:  Transformers
Allegiance:  Decepticon
Line:  BotBots
Year of Release:  2019
Size Class:  BotBot (Series 3)
Mold Status:  new

ALTERNATE MODE:

Continuing with the trend of unique and unexpected alternate modes, Shushifier transforms into a pink pacifier.

This is actually a pretty decent mode, since it can be hard to pull off.  It is instantly recognizable what it is supposed to be.

As a BotBot, it is of a very small size, above is a comparison against a Legion figure.

There are no flaws with this mode and is very strong.

TRANSFORMATION:

Split the front into two to form his legs.  Then fold the two pieces in the middle down, open it up to form the arms, and finally rotate the handle back to behind his head.

ROBOT MODE:

Shushifier's robot mode is unique, to say the least, and not in a great way.

It doesn't have the typical proportions of a robot.  He has a fair bit of a kibble, although the two bigger pieces on his back act as additional legs.

The painted eye is kind of weird although it works well enough for the figure to pull it off.

Shushifier is extremely short, above is a comparison against Legion Crosshairs.

Articulation is non-existent.  You can open and close his arms but that's pretty much it.

OVERALL

Shushifier has a unique alternate mode and that's the best thing going for him.  The robot mode is a tad bit weak, although he is still a worthwhile mold overall.
