Book Review: The World God Only Knows Vol. 21

Review:  #765
Title:  The World God Only Knows Vol. 21
Series:  The World God Only Knows - 21st volume
Author:  Tamiki Wakaki
Read Before:  no
Comments:  The time-travelled Keima in a 7 year old body works hard to break the time loop involving the mysterious girl known as Dokurou.  Obviously, he ends up succeeding eventually but this doesn’t mean it’s the end of the story arc.  A few more complications come up and the introduction of a new character.  What makes this harder for Keima is the fact that this past seems to be different to the one that he remembers.  It is a little bit odd when you put into perspective that these are all kindergarten kids, yet Keima is forced to use similar tactics on the girl.  The explanation on how the time travel worked was neat, and there were plenty of humorous moments as you’d expect from this series by now.  The plot has an objective and a direction, which means it’s engaging due to having a proper purpose.
